OIT's Financial Operations team is looking for a Procurement Operations Coordinator to serve as a key navigator of the procurement lifecycle, ensuring that our technical resources are acquired efficiently and in full compliance with institutional standards. We're looking for vital liaison between OIT departments, external vendors, and campus financial partners.

What you'll actually do:
Own the Pipeline: You'll be the point person for getting equipment where it needs to go, from massive construction projects to daily classroom tech.
The Financial Detective: When an invoice doesn't match or a shipment is late, you're the one who dives in to fix the "why" and "how."
Guardian of Resources: You'll help our teams spend wisely, ensuring every dollar is tracked and every policy is followed.
Bridge Builder: You'll talk to vendors, accountants, and engineers, making sure everyone is on the same page.
Qualifications Minimum
High school diploma or GED.
At least three years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Experience using BuyND or similar procurement systems.
Familiarity with Monday.com or a willingness to learn new project management systems.
Previous experience supporting financial audit or monthly close processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to various stakeholders.
Additional Information
$19.23 - $24.04/hr.
