Microsoft D365 Senior Consultant

Work You'll Do:
Your role will be to understand business needs, model processes within the ERP, leverage product strengths to meet requirements, and identify opportunities to create value. You will support end-to-end implementations of Dynamics M365 solutions and design scalable, end-to-end solutions grounded in leading industry practices while collaborating daily with cross-functional stakeholders. In addition, you will help build organizational tools and assets, improve delivery processes, evaluate software and ISV solutions, and stay current on new versions and capabilities.
You will bring deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that maximize platform value. You will also lead one of the project workstreams, which may include planning workstream activities, facilitating design and refinement sessions, configuring Dynamics M365 solutions, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, maintaining documentation and progress reporting, overseeing testing activities, and managing risks, actions, issues, and decisions for the team.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.
7+ years of experience managing end to end implementations of Dynamics 365
5+ years of experience partnering directly with clients to develop Dynamics M365 solutions
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time with co-location in Salem, OR
