Long Term Substitute School Counselor for Middle and Elementary Schools
Radnor Township School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Long-Term Substitute School Counselor to support both the Middle School and Elementary School. This position plays a critical role in fostering students’ academic, social, and emotional development by providing counseling services, collaborating with staff and families, and promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
Qualifications & Requirements Active Pennsylvania Certification as an Elementary or Secondary School Counselor (required)
Experience working with middle school and/or elementary students (preferred)
Understanding of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of adolescents and school-aged children
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
