We’re looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead to help design, implement, and oversee AI-driven capabilities within a large, mission-driven Customer Support Center (CSC) environment. In this role, you’ll blend technical expertise with strategic leadership—working closely with stakeholders to modernize operations, introduce innovative AI solutions, and ensure responsible, compliant use of AI technologies.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys shaping AI strategy while guiding real-world implementation.
