Position Title: Program Coordinator, Lindy Lee Gold Women in Leadership Program
Reporting To: Director, Office of Career and Professional Development

Job Overview:
Albertus Magnus College, Office of Career and Professional Development, invites applications for a full-time Program Coordinator for the Lindy Lee Gold Women in Leadership Program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the leadership development program that promotes student growth, career readiness, and retention. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating training sessions, and tracking program outcomes to ensure alignment with institutional goals and participant needs.

Qualifications
Essential Functions:
  • Design, implement, and manage the leadership development program, workshops, and retreats.
  • Supports the Executive in Residence on high-impact interactions with the students
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including scheduling, communication, materials preparation, and facility arrangements.
  • Recruit, train, and support facilitators, speakers, and mentors involved in leadership programming.
  • Monitor and assess program effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluation metrics.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance leadership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant involvement and program outcomes for reporting and improvement.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Promote leadership programs through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and in-person outreach.
  • Stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in leadership education and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Student Affairs, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, leadership development, or related area.
  • Experience working with students or professionals in a higher education or nonprofit setting.
  • Knowledge of leadership theories, models, and assessment tools (e.g., StrengthsFinder, MBTI, etc.).
  • Public speaking and workshop facilitation experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and data tracking tools; familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.

Technology Skills:
Proficient in MS Office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), e-mail, and the Internet. Ability to learn new applications quickly, including organization-wide information systems and department-specific software applications. Ability to teach by leveraging the learning management system and other technology tools.

Language Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively provide information and positively respond to questions from both external and internal customers, both in person and by phone. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a number of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to work independently and as a group member in developing and executing project plans. Ability to work in the theoretical arena and apply logic as appropriate
Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Full-time employees can earn between 18-23 paid time off a year. The employer covers tuition remission after 90 days of employment and covers 100 % (employees are responsible for books and technology fees). The college is committed to work-life balance and has a summer schedule from June through August. We currently have 14 paid holidays, including a winter break. You will have the opportunity to participate in our retirement plan from day one, and after one year of employment, the college will contribute depending on your service years.
