FELLOWSHIP / INSTRUCTOR
Throughout the fellowship,theLaryngologySurgery fellow is actively engaged in per-operative patient care on both a supervised and independent basis. All facetsofsurgery are included in the surgical training. Thefellow is also expected to provide attending coverageto assistwith emergency coverage forpatients on an as-needed basis. Fellows are also required to actively assist in the teaching and training of house officer, medical students, and paramedical personnel. The fellow will also be responsible for formal didacticpresentation including thecore curriculum, grand rounds, and theteaching conference. All fellows are required to complete a research project suitable for publication as mandated, and to meet any and all additional requirements as set forth.
