As a Premium Sales Manager, you will drive premium appliance, home theater and complex sales across the major metro areas you support. You'll accomplish this through training and transferring knowledge to field leaders as well as leading sales observations related to the complex selling process. You'll also build quality relationships with other field leaders to create a cohesive experience for our employees and customers
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to understand customer and employee trends, identify new strategies and communicate with business leaders and partners
Lead inspection points related to complex selling by utilizing reporting, leadership cascades and technology adoption
Partner with the Sales Support team for complex order fulfillment
Support direct-to-consumer market leadership by providing targeted plans to close performance gaps
Contribute to a culture where employees and customers feel empowered, valued, safe and included
Encourage innovation and uses ideas from employees to grow the business
Basic Qualifications
3 years of management/leadership experience in business, military or related fields
3 years of experience managing and analyzing financial, customer or employee data
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of multi-unit management experience.
Previous experience coaching selling skills related to premium and specialized products
