The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for contributing to the team by working on the ongoing development of our salesforce.comglobal deployment and maintenance with a specific focus on theNorth AmericaSalesteam. This role will work closely with the primary SFDC system administrator and Sales Operations Manager, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and is part of the Global Business Insights and Analytics and will be located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Configure andmaintainSalesforce components including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and approval processesas well as test, evaluate and complete new development requests
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles/permissions, sharing rules, automations, and groups
Prioritize, design, andfacilitatethe successful implementation and adoption of new processes
Participate in final acceptance testing, verifying with stakeholders, and deploying new functionality to production, and ensure issues areidentified, tracked,reportedand resolved withina timelymanner
Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, and assistin the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce users
The essential requirements of the job include
Bachelors Degree in a related field
Minimumfiveyears of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with a strong understanding of standard methodologies and functionality
Knowledge of thesales and servicecloud,withthe ability to build formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groupsand ensuring salesforce helpdeskissueare resolvedin a timely manner
Basic understanding of how to integrate SFDC, SAP, and informatica
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Use, development and maintenance ofSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud,and CPQ (Quoting tool)
Salesforce data loader experience preferred

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
