GDIT is seeking a motivated individual to contribute to the VLS team based in Chesapeake, VA. The successful candidate:
Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks including; but not limited to; lifting and moving materials up to 100 lbs.; loading and unloading vehicles and other activities in a helping or assisting means.
Must have experience using basic hand tools such as ratchets, drills, grinders, etc.
Must be able to perform other tasking under direction of supervisor.
Transports materials; tools; and equipment to and within work sites as required.
Follows established policies and procedures for VLS work.
Operates hand and power equipment, including forklift, for material handling. Participates in special projects as required.
