Demonstrated success working in higher education with diverse student populations. Must have experience working with adult learners providing mentoring, instruction, advising, or academic support services. </span></p><strong><br></strong><span style="color: inherit;"><strong>Please submit/attach a resume to your application to be considered for this position. </strong></span><strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong><span style="color: inherit;"><strong>This is a Part Time 19.5 hours/week position that requires daytime hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.</strong></span></dd> <dt><h2>Class Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt> <dd><p></p><ol style="margin-left: -0.25in; margin-bottom: 3pt"><li><strong><span style="color: inherit">Recruitment and Placement:</span></strong><span style="color: inherit"> Recruit students, manage the application and selection process, and place interns in suitable positions. </span></li><li><strong><span style="color: inherit">Intern Support and Guidance:</span></strong><span style="color: inherit"> Provide support to interns throughout their experience, including conducting orientations, offering career coaching, and organizing skill-building workshops and events. </span></li><li><strong><span style="color: inherit">Relationship Management:</span></strong><span style="color: inherit"> Serve as a liaison between students, departments, and internship employers, and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination. </span></li><li><strong><span style="color: inherit">Monitoring and Evaluation:</span></strong><span style="color: inherit"> Track intern performance, assess the program's success, and provide feedback. </span></li><li><strong>Administration and Reporting:</strong> Maintain databases and program materials, ensure compliance with regulations, create policies and procedures, and prepare reports on program progress.</li></ol></dd> </dl>
