TheSr. Commercial Product Manager NGS Solutionsis responsible forcollaboratingcross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and margin growth in alignment with long-term businessobjectives.
This position reports to the Vice President, Gene Reading Solutions, and is part of the Integrated DNA Technologies Business Unit, located in Boulder, CO. It will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop an annual strategic plan to drive actions that lead to sustainable growth and theadvancementof strategic objectives
Serve as a commercial subject matter expert and product champion internally and externally
Regularly analyzemarket trends, competitor performance, sales channels, and regulatory requirements
Manage product life cyclefrom newproduct launchtoobsolescence
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective positioning strategies, marketing campaigns, collateral, sales tools, and training programs to drive growth
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degreein a relevant field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, bioinformatics)with 5years of experienceingenomicsindustryroles
3+ years of experience inNGSproduct management
2+ years of experience in high-touchcustomer-facing roles
Demonstrated assay commercializationsuccessin genomics, next-generation sequencing, or a related industry, inclusive of chemistryand analyticsproducts
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:
PhD in biological sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or a related field
Demonstrated understanding ofthecompetitive landscape, technologies, trends, and key challenges in the NGS and oncology research market

The annual salary rangefor this role is$130,000-$170,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
