The Industrial Mechanic Technician assembles machinery to enhance manufacturing operations and reliability. In this role, youll ensure the reliability and performance of automated and semi-automated machinery in a continuous production environment, while upholding Environmental Health, Safety (EHS), and Quality standards. This role collaborates with Production and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement machine improvements.
This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is part of the Maintenance Team located in Timonium, MD and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Conductpredictive andpreventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repairto ensureoptimalmachineperformanceincluding mechanical, pneumatic,hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Perform fabrication and machining tasks.
Executemaintenance work ordersandaccurately document activities in the CMMS system.
Set up, calibrate, andtest,componentsand mechanical assemblies using various tools.
Collaboratedailywith Maintenance, Facilities, Operations teams, and contractors to achieveproductiongoals.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of related maintenance experience.
Ability to read manuals, technical documents, blueprints, and troubleshooting guides.
Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
The ability towork and communicate in a collaborative team environment.
Physical/Environment Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently and stand at machines forentireshift including reaching, bending,squattingand kneeling.
Mechanical aptitude and basic PC skills withabilityto read technical drawingsand work instructions.
It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:
Preferred: Hazardous waste handling, industrial/manufacturing experience, electrical work
Familiarity with injection molding,melt-blowing, processesis a plus. Candidates must be willing to work scheduled hours, including overtime and holidays.
C Shift: Thursday Saturday, 7:00 AM7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts), plus every Wednesday, 1:00 PM7:00 PM

The hourly range for this role is $32 - $36 per hour This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
