  • Guide teams in developing site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utility systems.
  • Establish, build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner from concept through completion.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff to ensure strong technical fundamentals and leadership growth.
  • Coordinate with survey, environmental, transportation, planning, and legal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure quality control, manage budgets, and track milestones for multiple projects.
  • Drive business development, identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and expanding VHB’s presence in the Atlanta market.

  • Strong design, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven success delivering institutional or real estate development projects
  • Strong business acumen and collaborative leadership skills
  • Existing relationships and contacts at the decision-making level

  • Knowledge of LEED, Envision, and sustainable design practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
