Preference will be given to applicants who present evidence of excellence in teaching.</p><p style="margin: 0 0 8pt;"> <br><strong>Adjunct Level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.</strong> </p><strong>Campus Locations: Catonsville, Dundalk, Essex & Owings Mills</strong></dd> <dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt> <dd><p></p><p style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Master’s degree in Economics or Master’s degree in Business Administration with 15 graduate semester hours in economics. Prior teaching experience preferred.</p></dd> <dt><h2>Class Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt> <dd><p></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt; margin-top: 0"><li style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Prepare and deliver course instruction, follow common course outlines and policies, utilize the CCBC learning management system, grade, critique, and evaluate student work, provide timely feedback to students, keep and submit accurate classroom records, communicate with the discipline coordinator, attend required training sessions, and attend professional development and departmental meetings.</li><li style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Mentor students and contribute to the success of the economics program.</li><li style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Support the community college philosophy through commitment to success of students with diverse goals, backgrounds and learning styles.</li><li style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Commitment to the mission of the community college.</li><li style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Maintain currency in field(s) through professional development and scholarly activities.</li><li style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Perform related duties as required.</li></ul></dd> </dl>
