Position: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Plymouth, MN

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 1-Week Assignment

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist the accounting team with transitioning data from an old system into Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience with Data Entry and the ability to pay close attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer and input data accurately from the old system into Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader to streamline data migration processes.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy during the migration process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Data Entry
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic data entry tasks and software tools.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Onsite in Plymouth, MN
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration: 1 week starting January 2nd- January 10th (no weekends)
