Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable, including accurate invoice entry, timely payment processing, and compliance with purchasing policies. Manage schedules to ensure vendors are paid on time, reconcile AP aging reports, and resolve outstanding invoices. Communicate with vendors to obtain required documents and update vendor account information as needed. Maintain organized AP records and documentation to support efficient operations. Starting salary range $55K - $60K
