Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an AP Vendor Specialist to join their team in Georgia. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage vendor accounts and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain effective communication and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Update W9s and 1099s.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
• File documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the finance department in various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Work Hours

The AP Vendor Specialist will work Monday through Friday during first shift hours.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $23 per hour.
