We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our a dynamic team in the South Bay/Peninsula. This is a direct hire position, and the ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in accounting, with a focus on handling multiple client companies.
Responsibilities
Review all accounting entries and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions and client management.
Travel to clients located in the South Bay area to provide accounting services and consultations.
Manage accounting operations for over ten client companies, ensuring their financial needs are met efficiently.
Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and oversight.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record in managing multiple clients.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to travel within the South Bay area to meet client needs.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, full-time schedule.
Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, based on experience and qualifications.
