Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage email communication effectively.
• Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Enter customer data accurately into the software system.

Required Work Hours

Full-time position with standard work hours, Monday to Friday. Specific hours to be discussed with the employer.

Benefits
