Job Duties/Description: * Oversee the onboarding process for new hires ensuring all paperwork is completed * Conduct and schedule orientations and trainings * Complete background and reference checks * Maintain new hire information in HRIS database * Assist the HR department with responding to employee inquiries * Manage timesheet tracking * Create weekly reports on new hires for the HR department
Requirements: * Associate's Degree required * 6+ months of HR experience or an HR Internship * Previous experience with onboarding is a plus! * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Additional Info: * Pay: $45,000 to $47,000 * Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Location: In Office
