Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a strong passion for numbers, accuracy, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts and journal entries.
Help with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and submit tax filings and compliance documentation.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Stay updated on financial regulations and accounting principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS.
