Large reputable plaintiff litigation firm in Century City is seeking 2 fee motions attorneys that will be making hearing appearances and drafting fee motions.
Job requirements:
Draft and argue fee motions in hearings and court, applying relevant statutes and case law
Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal briefing on fee-shifting issues
Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and development of fee arguments
Prepare and draft legal documents
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and case work
Perform other related duties and meet all deadlines as required
TOP Hard Requirements:
CA State Bar (In good standing) required.
Accredited Law Degree
1-3 years of civil litigation in state and federal courts.
Law and Motion experience.
Experienced drafting Motions. (Fee motions experience is a plus +)

Compensationg: $130K-$160K DOE.
