A leading international with more thatn 1,000 attorney is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their growing team. This position is work from home flexible and the candidate can reside anywhere in California.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation.
• Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Take a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• Is admitted to practice in California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington.
• Has experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation.
• Has excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Has strong organizational and time-management skills.
