What You'll Do:
?? Efficiently set up and operate Flexographic presses to meet quality and safety standards.
?? Collaborate with a supportive team to keep production running smoothly.
?? Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality systems to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? 2+ years of printing experience - Flexographic preferred, Offset or Wide Web experience welcomed!
? Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
? Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO systems? That's a BIG plus!
