Courier
Overview The Courier transports mail, supplies, bank deposits, pharmaceuticals, laundry and lab specimens to Carle and non-Carle facilities. Also performs mail sorting function. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS None Required CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Driver's License upon hire. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Customer service experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Ability to drive a mid- to full-size passenger or cargo van. Ability to work independently. Customer service skills. Responsibilities Transports supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, bank deposits, laundry and lab specimens to Carle and non-Carle facilities delivering them to the end location. Ensures that assigned vehicle, pool vehicles and other equipment are clean and in good repair. Picks up US mail as assigned. Resolves customer related issues and locates lost or missing items. Performs stat runs between Carle Eureka Hospital and off site locations as needed. Sprays van with cleaners on a weekly basis and documents the cleaning on the form. About Us Find it here.
