Scrum Master, Digital Go-To-Market

The goal is to digitize our Go-to-Market capabilities, transform our supply chain and technology platform by building and implementing industry leading software solutions with advanced analytics. The scale and complexity of our business and system landscape make it an extremely challenging and exciting environment to work in. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master that can be a key resource in accelerating technology to meet the needs of our business and will be part of the global Digital Supply Chain Transformation technology organization.</p><p>As a Scrum Master, you will drive multiple Agile scrum teams, run Agile ceremonies, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Levi’s remains at the forefront of the Digital Go-To-Market and Supply Planning transformation experience for our consumers in North America, Europe and Asia/Middle East.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Scrum, SAFe and Agile project management </li><li>Ability to lead multiple Agile scrum teams within Agile tracks, and within Hybrid-Agile process </li><li>Organized and analytical, and able to be flexible and quickly adapt to a changing and high growth environment </li><li>Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks or methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe),</li></ul><p>understanding of software development life cycle models, and in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices (waterfall, and hybrid)</p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (ie. definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection)<ul><li>Proactive about planning and problem solving with product management and delivery team </li><li>Very experienced working in JIRA (advanced use of dashboards, labels, components, epic structure, etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional work teams toward sprint completion <br /> </li></ul></li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles </li><li>Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills <ul><li><span>Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it </span> </li><li><span>Ultimately, create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints (build team maturity)</span> </li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills </li></ul><ul><li><span>Defines, implements, and coaches processes for Agile Scrum based software development </span>to deliver high quality products and services to our customers </li><li>Implement processes, practices, and tools to produce consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies </li><li>Serve as a coach and mentor within the organization (including those more senior on best practices) to facilitate adoption and maturity </li><li>Possess conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with a focus on openness, honesty, and respect </li><li>Maintain metrics for the sprint and proactively seek to add additional metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and continually improve each sprint </li></ul><ul><li>Mentor and guide the other scrum masters <ul><li>Model servant leadership, putting the needs of the team first and help them to develop and perform as highly as possible</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Leadership Behaviors: </p><ul><li>Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business (ie.
