Over the past 10 years at Whitney National Bank, I served as MIS Administrate Assistant and for 7 years as a PC Application Programmer in the Systems Integration & Quality Department. In this position, I manage logistical aspects of training sessions. Audit trouble resolution performance and coordinate periodic process improvement reviews. Coordinate departmental time reporting and quality of work life initiatives. Provide on-site leadership and making day-to-day decisions required to ensure a successful, safe and timely project delivery.
I was instrumental in the development of the office suggestion box that resolved many minor problems interoffice and kept track of the resolutions. Also, I developed and maintained the department’s organizational charts. Since graduation I’ve been promoted to Sellstation Trainer, in this position I work on the Electronic Banking Team where I implement training and test scripts for the Sellstation Platform and Sellstation Teller software that supports the Whitney bank system.
