I am now a full time graduate student at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am studying Administrative Leadership in Adult Education with a focus on Human Resorcs and Workforce Development. I have over 25 years of teaching experience in the state of Illinois, and have briefly worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee. I am hoping to do a variety of things with my graduate degree, one of them is to help those in the city of Milwaukee who have been locked out of the employment arena to retool and retrain to get into the workforce of the 21st century. I also am looking to use some of the education to help churches look at how they can better build their membership which will also help them increase their financial picture. I would also like to start a mentorship program for single mothers nd women who have been disenfranchised to help them make a living for themselves.
