I have had Multiple Sclerosis since 2005. Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune disease that affects the nervous system. People can be affected by the disease in varying degrees or stages. With early diagnosis, proper medication, diet and exercise, the disease can be managed and many continue to live exciting, well rounded lives. We are mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, aunts and best friends.
As Black women and men with MS, we need to support one another.
The disease can be horrible, but it doesn't have to stop our lives.
I am active with my own business, travel, family and adventures with my friends.
Together, we can help find the cause and cure of MS and help each other move toward the activity of life. 20 New Posts |
