Bringing On New Direction, Inc, (BOND) is a volunteer run, 501(c) 3, progressive, nonprofit organization established to be a resource for women of color who want to enhance their personal, educational, professional, and spiritual lives. BOND Inc is a leading professional and social network dedicated to inspiring, uplifting and motivating young women of color to reach their highest potential.
Our mission is to create, nurture, and maintain a positive environment of growth, challenge, and unlimited possibilities for every woman who desires it. This is accomplished through gatherings, networking, community service, and events focused on building life skills.
BOND has monthly gatherings where women come to strengthen the bond between one another, express ideas, life issues, offer support and encouragement, but most of all, be in the company of other positive and dynamic women who are making moves towards a successful life. The monthly gatherings include opportunities to network, activities designed to support and harness various gifts, team building exercises and heart to heart discussions on issues affecting women.
