Poetic Power Group
Poet Organization for Professional Grass Root Poets
This group will consist of professional poets that are performing in and around the Atlanta, GA area.
Events include poetry reading, book signings, book fairs/festivals, open mic nights and other events poets, writers and authors and artist can hang out and express ourselves.
We will come together to decide on a mutual meeting place where we can come together and hang out and perform our poetry in front of each other.
Please do not join this group if you are not interested in performing live. We are seeking poets true to the profession, teachers, educators, celebrity artist and published poets. We accept musicians who love to play the background music for poets.
The plan is to hook up once or twice a month to practice our work. After a few months of meeting and practicing, we will look at possibly traveling as our schedules and time allot. Eventually the goal is to put money in all our pockets: Our confection will bring about perfection time for poetry to be an convection with our words we will bring about correction perhaps we can help guide our people back in the right direction.
Poetic Power is going across the country and I want talented individual around for exposure.
The Poetic Power Poetry Group is accepting conscious poets that write about today’s events, social occurrences that occur all over the world. We do not accept profanity, provocative material. We do write about love, our concerns for it and how it makes us feel, nothing too distasteful.
