This webinar provides an in-depth exploration of the key areas of organizational readiness necessary for peer-run organizations to successfully contract with other behavioral health providers and organizations to offer peer support services. We cover the importance of assessing an organization’s experience, infrastructure, capacity, and culture, and provide practical steps for strengthening these areas to foster successful partnerships. Participants will gain actionable tools to evaluate their own readiness, identify areas for growth, and begin implementing strategies to increase their organizational effectiveness in the peer support space.
