Born in Harlem, raised partially in the Bronx NY and later in suburban Teaneck New Jersey by a struggling single mother, Kamal learned how to make money on the streets and how to run the streets with his friends.
Some of his friends didn't make it to successful adulthood due to drug use and drug selling. Being that he made it out, he wants to share his story in the hope that it can help someone else who is going through or has went through a similar situation.
