Hey Mayor Elle, Girl, how about this: my car broke down almost two weeks ago and I am now walking about two miles a day to work and two miles back five days a week?!?! I want to get in shape and I need some help. I've been off the Billy Blanks train for about two years and I want to get back. Kinda desperate. Going through some marriage drama to be honest and may be moving to Florida at the beginning of summer. What should I do to try to get back in shape with the already four mile walk I do each day?
