Okay, gonna keep this short and sweet because it's still Kwanzaa.
Basically, you are saving money every week of the year and the number of the week corresponds with the dollar amount you save. For example: There are 52 weeks in a year, right??
Week 1 (Starting Jan 1): save $1 Week 2: Save $2
