CRUMBLED ROAD CLOSED AS LARGE HOLE OPENED (1241 hits)

Drenching rains over 5 days gave way to a crumbled road closing and a large hole opening between Monday, March 14 and Tuesday March 15, 2016. Officials closed a state highway in Trinity County, North Carolina due the large mountain side highway sliding away. Highway 3 North of Weaverville was shut down and cause locals a no passage way. Traffic officials said the large space is about the size of 5 mid-size cars. No one was injured as the result of the large opening of the earth. Road team of experts will take measures to do repairs.
