The 39th President James "Jimmy" Carter has announced he has cancer. The 90 year old former president had taken measures to prevent spread of liver cancer by undergoing a preventative surgery has been told by his medical team the cancer has spread to other parts of his body. Mr. Carter has a family history of the same cancer. Although, he has taken precautions, he stated he will be followed closely by his physicans and is scheduling to make plans for treatment. More of a detail analysis of his treament and cancer is said to be undergoing analysis and is to be announced at a later time.
