The public schools should teach facts and evolution is not a fact either. Fossils and carbon dating are facts.

Republican governors across the nation have cut the education budget to teach those programs.
But they are teaching about alternative families in the school curriculum. I was wondering why these teachers are expected to do so? I think that's a job for parents. Also, I think that its best to have a clergy to teach Creationism rather than having teachers to do so... Some of these educators are atheist and do more harm than good.
You don't know skit about education Robert.

Personally I don't think that it should be taught in public schools.... I'm okay with prayers .. individually or collectively as long as it's agreed.... And not forced.

I think there should be a balance. I don't think schools should teach evolution as the truth but merely a theory. Also, I don't believe that teachers should be teaching religion but rather the schools should hire clergymen to teach these classes. I think this is where the real problem lies with mixed up adults mixing up and confusing our children.
Hi Jen... I thought about private school for a quick minute and then got over it. I personally am cautious when it comes to organized religion... I attended Catholic school for two years andthe fear was placed on me at a young age. I encourage my sons to be spiritual ... Yes. I believe in creation... Christianity... But I want them fdfind their own understanding and to believe in a higher power...
