It’s rush hour in Phoenix. At the stop light next to this man is a child driving a car, with an adult next to him. When the adult is called out for his behavior, his casual reply is maddening.

He might have a different response if the Phoenix Police Department catches up with him. They’ve seen the video, too, and told ABC-15 they’re looking into the matter.

Police spokesman Vince Lewis noted that “allowing an unauthorized minor to drive is a misdemeanor.”
