Virtuosity: We gon' be alright. (1021 hits)

If you could choose one instrument to play today that gives you the feeling that you're gon' be okay, what would it be?

My favorite instrument today has to be the Harp. I find it to be such a heavenly instrument. Maybe I can take lessons one day. I will find some Harp tunes to listen to but in the meantime let's look at the symbolism behind the Harp:

If you could choose one activity you will start next week that can give you a sense that you're gon' be okay, what do you choose?

How about "Oprah & Deepak's 21 day Meditation Experience": https://chopracentermeditation.com
This opportunity reminds me of a saying I learned at A Norfolk University Nursing School graduation. "Be therapeutic with everything you do". As I move through life I remind myself to be meditative in all I do. That requires patience, gentleness, purpose, truthfulness, and alertness. Meditation leads to results that tell me I'm gon' be alright.

Share your positive suggestions so that more people can be alright.

Zhufu,

Elynor
