On this video we discuss several black engineers who are the chief auto designers for major auto companies such as GM, Chrysler etc. Once again we lift the veil of silence and ignorance by challenging the presumptions and assumptions that many people make though they have no actual factual knowledge or facts to support it. Were it not for the fact that we have a society that willingly puts a non-black face on any and every title of great responsibility though it has no valid reason to believe that face is accurate this would not be necessary. When even blacks make comments such as "WE don't do this or that or have this or that or that WE are "not given an opportunity" then it would behoove _someone_ to dispel these notions with TRUTH.
This lack of knowledge only serves to give many blacks a much needed EXCUSE to not excel and to then use the excuse that it is because so many doors are not open to them rather than to take personal responsibility. My intent is NOT to promote any idea of racial superiority or inferiority as we are all individuals and should be judged accordingly. But if these truths are not known and shown this the idea of being "held back" becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy and for some this idea becomes THE biggest roadblock to success.
Rather than rest upon the laurels or achievements of others each person (of any race) must ask themselves "...What will MY legacy be?". Truly it is YOUR personal legacy alone for which you will be remembered.
I shall continue to create videos like this and I do it only to provide the motivation and inspiration that for many is lacking _because_ they are not given enough positive knowledge and factual data which shows them that in spite of any obstacles others have indeed overcome the same obstacles they face and have far exceeded the expectations of those who would thwart their success IF they had the power to do so.
