In just a few days, we'll celebrate the greatest feast of our faith, the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus. What does this mean? It means that we, too, are sent to proclaim the mystery of Jesus as Lord. The Gospel of John says it best: "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life" (Jn 3:16). The eternal life John speaks of is shown to us by Jesus's death on the cross, then, ultimately, by his rising from the tomb. [...]
