That old man winter has released a blow that's freezing many states. Temperatures are at its coldest this January 2013 as winter storms and cold snaps cover over 15 states. Below zero temperatures nail with icy cold days as many residents across the Northeastern battle the frigid. Cold and windy conditions in Ohio has caused several highway piles up and accidents. In Chicago, New York the weather is also cold. The winter snap has also claimed the lives of at least four persons. More colder days await as the winter man hinges a tie in to drag along slowly.

In North Florida where I am it gets very cold... 20's and Upper Teens...

Bee, I know what a" hull" is..LOL! Even though I haven't heard the term in a while. I am tickled! I guess I'm in a giggly mood. Thick hulls sometimes make those oranges sweet or the can cause them to be kinda dry. My mother used do something with orange hulls, I forgot what it was, but I know she would collect them and hang them air dry for several months. If I think of it I let you know.
Diane, I was rubbing my fingers earlier while they were cold, perhaps I can blame that on both those old men.
Y'all the temperatures in Memphis has changed from low 20's all day; and now it's about 52 degrees. We have strange weather. There's nothing like Memphis weather.
Irma..don't want to plant anything yet. I'll be disappointed to see the frost ice them...LOL!
