One good trait of an excellent leader is to lead by example, am I right. I say that I am Black America’s first genuine prophet and a prophet is the highest level of leadership any people can have, right. And, one good trait that I have going for myself is that I don’t delete or block any of you knuckleheads because I am the prophet of all 41 million of us. This means that I am the prophet of the good, the bad and the ugly of all Black Americans. When we get ready to go I am our mentally insane, our criminals, our mentally challenged as well as our average every day Black American and our great and potentially great minds which are our greatest resource. A brain over flowing with fantastic ideas.
An excellent trait of a good leader is that that leader would want more for his people than he wants for himself. Therefore, he would never delete or block any body but, especially his own people.
Any Black American whether he is an individual or an organization should never block his own people because it is uncivilized and savage. Would you cut off your left hand because you were right handed and thought you would have no use for the left hand?
