TEST YOURSELF: HOW DO YOU REALLY FEEL ABOUT BLACK FEMALES? (2133 hits)
by CREE-EIGHT Most everyone now knows the story of Artis Hughes, 59, 230 pounds and Shidea Lane, 25, 135 pounds. He was a driver of a Cleveland municipal bus. She was a passenger. Both are black people. She spat on his face. Then, he punched her in the jaw with an upper-cut. That is the story boiled down to its essentials.
If you are a black person, in this post I offer you the closest thing to a self-administered lie-detector test on how you really feel about black females, and by extension, black people than you’ll probably ever get. (I’m not offering anything to white folks.) Follow me, here.
THE NEUROLOGY of CONTEMPT
Children carry the future of our species or, if you will, our sub-species. For that reason, children evoke from “adults” a sense of protectiveness. Nature has designed “adult” female people with lighter voices and rounder faces than their male counter-parts because the resemblance to children evokes protectiveness rather than aggression and this is necessary since females must bare and care for infants.
Ms. Lane spat at Mr. Hughes. Because of their evolutionary association with disease and death, excretion of body fluids activates emotional, non-rational parts of the brain (the basal ganglia and the amygdala). That’s why there are curse words in every language that reference such excretions.
Now, when a 10-year-old boy spits in the face of an “adult,” there are competing neurological impulses: The intense revulsion to another’s bodily fluid Vs. the instinct to protect the child who carries potential for the species or sub-species. In almost everyone, the instinct to protect the child will prevail—at least to the extent of not delivering an uppercut to his jaw even being aware that the 10-yr-old knew exactly what he was doing. For reasons already discussed, this deference will usually accrue to a female as well.
But, with most black people, as evidenced by the comments all over the web to this story, black females cannot compete with that evolutionary revulsion against bodily fluids. If you just can’t bring yourself to say that Mr. Hughes should not have punched Ms. Lane after she spat on him, well, you now know the truth about how you really feel about black females—even if you are one.
While most people think the way the bus driver handled the female passenger was harsh...she is a grown woman and should have shown better sense than the 10 year old. Cree Eight's logic is flawed because many adults will defend themselves against a 10 year old..if necessary.

I really dont like the way this man did this young lady I seen the video and hear the feed back on tv,or read about it in blogs most people are calling it a form of self defense and saying she deserved what she got ,,,im not seeing it like that at all ,what IM SEEING IS ANOTHER NEGATIVE ADD ... black on black crime now brothers got a reason to hit on a woman black young men got another reason to be slapping /uppercutting a sister /woman
brothers /fathers got another reason to kill each other for putting their hands on somebody's love one ! nothing good can come out of this at all!
i am proud to be a black woman but truth is most black females ain't **** and love being backstabbers and homewreckers and sleeping with someone's man, i know of several married women who cheat on their spouses because they love the thrill of being somebody's ho, case in point i know a of a woman from jersey who cheats on her husband with other married men online, this woman pops up probably two to three times a month just for a good f?ck then goes into hibernation mode, some of the sisters on this site have got hip to what she does and confronted her ass about it and she denied it and blocked me from her pages, but all along she knew we were telling the truth

Thank you all for your comments...To Sister Kim, true there are some women who are known homewreckers...but we must remember there are 2 kinds of women. Those who have been subjected to a lifetime of abuse and grow up thinking all they can offer the world is s*x (and are popular for all the wrong reasons), and those who have reasonable healthy (given this society) upbringings. Reasonably healthy women do not need to sleep with multiple men at once, nor do they crave to be abused, or ruin someone else's happy home.
So many of our beautiful sisters have allowed themselves to become statictics, instead of finding a wholesome way to love and reproduce themselves. Maybe a rites of passage program would help- if teachers were qualified.
Is this about gender, skin color of natural reactions...me, I will say just as I don't have to stop and think about breathings as it is natural for life...so is protecting one's "personal space" (smile)

who reading this blog have no idea how insulting and degrading the purpose of spitting in another person's face IS thus the purpose...not to mention it is like rape a sign of I am in control and not you because you are less than and it is automatically a need to strike back when this is done in an automatic way...
IT IS CALLED FIGHT OR FLIGHT... NOw why dont we do thison a regular basis?!?

...now lets gp the legal route...if the state this happened in a parent(s) can be held responsible for the actions of their minor children and this man looses is job then the family that is dependand on this man's income can sue for child neglect and pain and suffering to the tune of taking every thing the parents have!!!
