Jay-Z and Beyonce Host Obama Fundraiser (528 hits)

Hip-Hop’s king and queen are supporting President Obama in a big way.

On September 18, Jay-Z and Beyoncé are set to host a fundraiser for Obama’s re-election campaign at the 40/40 Club in New York City. The event will be the last in New York before the November election and has a tight guest list of 100 exclusive attendees that are shelling out $40,000 per ticket.

This isn’t the first time the pair has backed the POTUS. Barack recorded a special message that was broadcast to the audience at the recent Made in America music festival in Philadelphia, and Beyoncé has not been shy about praising first lady Michelle Obama.–Ashleigh Gray Posted By: DAVID JOHNSON
