Pennsylvania's Secretary of the Commonwealth Carole Aichele is in charge of the state's (Pennsylvania and 20 other states as well) new voter ID law and she just admitted, "I don't know what the law says."1 Another local official testified in court that she was "anticipating a mess" on Election Day because of the new law.

Why would anyone enforce this outrageous new law that could prevent up to 758,000 registered Pennsylvanians from voting?
