Here is the information on the Oil & Gas storage facility, refinery and includes 22 gas stations. The money is to be used 100% to remodel and get the facilities back into production. The owners now own the property free and clear. They are open to a loan and or a joint venture. Since the property is free and clear they are open for liening (encumbering) the property for a construction loan or a joint venture.
