Steve Mootry, Editor and BCT Magazine program coordinator strategically schedules campus visits around the country, at key student or campus event periods, to maximize on exposure of the program and get optimal attendance and participation.
College Student’s that enter the competition are required to be full-time students, have a passing GPA and submit a short essay for why they should be selected as Miss Campus Fresh Face.
