A small jilt rattle over the Southern California coast with an earthquake in the magnitude of 4.0. The quake struck in the Channel Islands on Tuesday around 10:14 p.m. The quake was centered about 30 miles southwest of Malibu and was felt tilting throughout LA especially in West LA, Santa Monica and the Fernando Valley. The rattler left no injuries and very few damages were reported. Most residents reported to have remained calm.
